Ledger is the in-house business system TMJ Engineering uses to run the full cycle — quotes and proposals, sales orders, invoicing and collections, vendor bills and payments, job costing and reporting. It is used by our staff, not sold or offered to the public.
Open LedgerQuotes become sales orders when a PO lands, sales orders become invoices, and payments settle them. Every document carries forward from the one before it.
Vendor bills, aging, pay runs with printed checks and remittance advice, a check register, and early-payment discounts recorded against the bills they settle.
Cash-basis profit and loss, sales tax invoiced and collected, A/R and A/P aging, customer statements, and receipt and payment registers over any date range.
This domain hosts a single private application for one company. There is no public sign-up, no storefront and nothing to purchase here. Accounts are created by an administrator at TMJ Engineering and issued directly to employees; the sign-in page is reached from the buttons above and is only useful to someone who already has an account.
Company records are stored in a hosted Postgres database (Supabase) with row-level security, reachable only by an authenticated account. The site loads no third-party trackers, advertising or analytics.
